📦 What are your shipping options?

 

Free Shipping on all orders over $79 AUD (under 2kg).

For orders under $79 or heavier than 2kg, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.


⏱️ How long does shipping take?

 

Australia: 5–12 business days

New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Note: Processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.

 

🔁 What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day easy returns on all eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

🛠 My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
